Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 May 2026
An agreement between FTTF LLP (operator of DigitalFFR) and you — the person or organisation using the service.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between FTTF LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, and you. DigitalFFR is the trading name of the service. The legal contract is with FTTF LLP.
2. What we offer
DigitalFFR is a software-assisted FFR analysis and reporting service. We receive an angiogram from you, run computed FFR analysis on the existing images, have a certified and qualified doctor review and sign the report, and deliver the PDF within 24 hours of complete submission.
We do not perform any procedure, acquire imaging, prescribe medication, make a diagnosis, or make any treatment decision or recommendation.
3. The report is advisory
Every clinical decision — including whether to have a stent, take medication, or undergo further testing — is the responsibility of the patient and the patient’s treating certified and qualified doctor. The report is one data point in that decision. It is not the decision.
4. Who can submit cases
You may submit a case if (a) the angiogram is yours, (b) you are a doctor referring a patient who has consented, (c) you are a hospital with a partnership contract, or (d) you are a family member acting on behalf of a patient who has consented or who you are the legal guardian of.
Submitting someone else’s angiogram without their consent breaches these terms and may breach DPDPA.
5. What we need from you
An analysable angiogram, patient age/sex and the clinical question, honest answers to clarifying questions, and payment via Razorpay before analysis begins. If any of these is missing, the 24-hour clock does not start.
6. Turnaround and refunds
We aim to deliver within 24 hours. If we have not delivered within 48 hours of complete submission and have not contacted you with a reason, you may ask for a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
7. Pricing and tax
Prices are in INR and exclusive of 18% GST. Razorpay issues the payment receipt; FTTF LLP issues the tax invoice. Prices in force at the time of your order are honoured for that order.
8. Intellectual property
The report PDF is yours, to use however you wish. The format, methodology, brand marks (DigitalFFR, FTTF LLP), and website remain ours. You may not reproduce the report as a commercial product.
9. Limits on what we promise
We promise to do the analysis honestly, have a certified and qualified doctor review and sign every report, tell you clearly when the data is not good enough, and deliver within 24 hours of complete submission or refund.
We do not promise that our report will agree with any other certified and qualified doctor’s view, that following our report will improve outcomes, or any specific medical outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any cause connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Data protection
How we handle data is set out in the Privacy Policy. By using DigitalFFR you consent to that policy.
11. Termination
You can stop using DigitalFFR at any time. We can decline to take a case for any reason, including an unanalysable angiogram, suspected misuse, or suspected lack of patient consent.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes that cannot be resolved by discussion are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Anand, Gujarat.
13. Changes
If we change these terms we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be emailed to active customers.
