Refund Policy

Short version: if we don’t deliver, you don’t pay. If we deliver and you’re unhappy, talk to us.
When we issue a refund
We refund the full amount paid, including GST, in any of these situations:
1. Non-analysable angiogram (detected after payment). We try to catch this before asking for payment. If a problem only shows up once analysis begins, we refund in full.
2. Late delivery. If we have not delivered within 48 hours of complete submission and have not contacted you with a reason, you may ask for a full refund.
3. Cancellation before analysis. If you ask to cancel after paying but before we have started analysis (typically within the first hour), we refund in full.
4. Duplicate payment. If you have paid twice for the same case, we refund the extra.
5. Service error. If we make a mistake — wrong patient, missed deadline, file lost — we refund in full and re-do the report at no further cost if you still want it.
When we do not refund
1. Disagreement with the report’s content. We charge for the work of doing an FFR analysis and writing a Doctor-signed report. We do not charge for a specific outcome. If our report disagrees with your treating doctor’s view, or agrees with it when you hoped it wouldn’t, that is the service working as intended.
2. Decisions you take after the report. We do not refund based on what you, or your doctor, decided to do with the report.
How to ask for a refund
Email reports@digitalffr.com or WhatsApp +91-777-887-2233 with the patient’s name (or case reference), the date of payment, and the reason. We respond within 3 working days.
How a refund is processed
Refunds are processed by Razorpay back to the original payment method. Typical timelines:
- UPI / wallet: 1–2 working days
- Credit/debit card: 5–7 working days (per RBI norms)
- Net banking: 3–5 working days
GST is refunded along with the principal.
Partial refunds
If you ordered a referral pack and used 3 out of 10 reports, we refund the unused portion at the per-report rate.
Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, escalate to FTTF LLP, attention: Designated Partner, email reports@digitalffr.com, within 30 days. If we still cannot agree, you have the rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and DPDPA, 2023.
